• Dealing with workers of all skill levels.
• A 360 recruitment approach is a must. Teamwork is key.

HOURS:

• 08.30 - 16.30 depending     on workloads.
• The desks  are already running, so you will be looking to bring new work and workers to an already busy office with the support of the team.
• Chasing new work, selling our brand and pushing us to the forefront of supplying workers.
• Working with the team to grow the business and increase profits.
• Dealing with workers of all levels to maximise the amount of working hours out.
• Attending  sites and discussing existing work and new possibilities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Utilise various recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct interviews and site assessments to evaluate candidates.
• Working closely with hiring managers 24/7
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and offer to clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
• Utilize social media platforms for candidate sourcing and engagement
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and other channels
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role
• Proficient in social media management for recruitment purposes
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

The ideal candidate will be either in recruitment or from a busy sales background. Who wants to be in control of their own destiny. To be able to earn well above their basic salary and help the team with guidance push the desks to new heights!

You must be able to drive, as you will be going to sites at first with a manager then alone to maintain the working relationships and work on any improvements necessary.
