JOB DESCRIPTION:
Working alongside this companies accountants you will be required to:
- Implement sales and purchase ledger systems.
- Implement project related financials.
- Use Quickbooks and Sage.
- Run Monthly Management Reports.
- Complete Month End Tasks.
- Accountable for running the book keeping level duties of this organisation.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- 3 years minimum working experience within a book keeper/financial controller level role.
- Experience of using both Sage Accounts and Quickbooks.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in the use of Excel and Word and be competent in the use of both.
- Excellent organisation skills to manage own workload and the ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines and the demand of the organisation.
- Strong communication skills.
- Be IT Literate.
PACKAGE:
- £30,000 - £35,000.00 per annum
- Opportunity to be provided with professional development if desired as this is an evolving role.
- Monday to Friday - 7.30am - 4.30pm
- Full Time permanent position
