HOURS:

Monday to Friday based in a purpose built office in Doncaster

Flexible hours to suit you 08:00 - 16:00, 09:00 - 17:00, 10:00 -18:00

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Dealing with containers coming into the UK

Shipments and Freight

Demurrage control and UK freight forwarding charges

Dealing with the operation of getting the container's from the dock

Planning what goes where and why to minimise costs

Keeping stock levels up to date and reporting to management those levels

Working with an established team and managing stock flow

Working with delays and the issues with container movements and reporting

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have freight forwarding experience

Knowledge of container movements and costs / demurrage is essential

Excel reports and a good knowledge of freight forwarding admin is required

Excellent organisational skills to report on movements and stock arrivals

Dealing with movement's from start to finish and advising management

Commercial experience within a similar role is required

SALARY:

Package = £27,000.00 per annum basic plus Bonus, staff discount. 25 days holiday plus stats.
